Tom Hubert

Tom joined Austin Banks with over seven years of experience in recruitment, working both temporary and permanent roles, he will be supporting clients and candidates across multiple industries. 

Tom has a fantastic sense of humour and a constant flow of banter, being the only male in the office he has fitted in perfectly and loves being involved in all the "girl chat"!

Tom has a wealth of experience in recruitment and prides himself on building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. He has recently relocated from West Yorkshire and is still finding his feet in Doncaster.

Tom has a love for technical roles, especially CNC! He is methodical in his approach and very tenacious...Tom doesn't give up even when recruiting for the most difficult roles! 

When not at work he likes to keep active, spending time with his partner and friends, he has 2 pugs called Skippy and Alfie and when not at the gym likes to be out socialising as he says…life is about balance.

Tom’s dream job if not in recruitment would be a tuk-tuk driver, playing the best house music in a hot country!
