Our client a leading logistics business is looking for an experienced and professional
HR Manager for an exciting opportunity that has been newly created. The role will report into the HR Director who sits on the Board, this is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking company and be part of the executive business, a chance to grow the role and make an impact in a stable team.
As the HR Manager you will be based from Doncaster however you will have multi-site experience and be prepared to travel.
You will have experience of the following:
• Working within a unionised environment
• Manage all ER including union relationships
• Managing a team of between 2-6
• Ensure effective succession planning
• Involvement in the company strategy
• Providing effective HR Support to all areas of the business, particularly, employee relations, resourcing, talent development, coaching and training, reward and recognition, performance management
• Organisational change (inc TUPE)
• All day to day generalist HR duties working closely with the HR team, including polices and procedures
• Manage, drive and lead strategic projects and initiatives
• Leading the employee engagement agenda including the role of an engagement survey and subsequent interventions
The company has an ambitious 5 year change programme which includes significant growth.
Ideally you will have experience of working in an International capacity.
