Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialist chemical products for the Construction, Automotive and Horticultural industries, is now recruiting for a hands on Production Chemist.
Typical duties will include:
The provision of technical support to the Production Team
Identifying, planning and commissioning of new projects
Hands on involvement in the manufacturing process
Reformulating
Essential Skills/Requirements
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Experience of working in a chemical manufacturing environment
An understanding of chemical processes
Analytical problem solving abilities
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Formulation skills
Familiar with oil to water based technology
Team player
