Doncaster's first Big Sleepout a Success!
Austin Banks joined other supporters sleeping rough to raise money for SAFE@LAST Children's Charity
On Friday 8th October around 70 people slept rough for the night at Lakeside in Doncaster to raise money for local Children's Charity, SAFE@LAST.
James Squires of Austin Banks was among the supporters who raised a total of around £4,500 on the night.
SAFE@LAST works with young people in South Yorkshire who are at risk through running away. The charity provides a range of services including an emergency refuge to provide short term safe accommodation to support these vulnerable young people. The SAFE@LAST refuge in South Yorkshire is now the only one operating in England.
