"I would like to thank Austin Banks, especially Joanne Cartwright, with their efficiency and professionalism. I met Joanne for an interview on a Wednesday, by Friday she called me to tell me about a temporary placement and I started Monday. I could not have asked for more. My 3 month contract was extended but sadly the position was not permanent, I received a call from Joanne about a maternity cover position at a company closer to home. Joanne made all the arrangements for an interview and informed me the position was mine if I wanted it. I started March 17th.

If I had any queries they were dealt with almost immediately. Joanne was always friendly, genuine and very helpful. It was good to know I could approach her anytime and she would do her best to find an answer. I have had dealings with countless recruitment agencies throughout my 10 years in senior General Management roles and I have to congratulate you on securing the services of Sommer, she acted with total professionalism at all times and was a total pleasure to work with. Sommer communicated from the offset the company’s requirements for the position and feedback at every stage excellently during the process, going that extra mile discussing an offer at 8pm one evening in her own time and even took the time to make a call to wish me luck before my final interview.
