Customer Service Advisor (Social Media)
Permanent,  32.5 hours    
£Dependant on experience
5 days a week, alternating between a week of early shifts 8am – 2.30pm followed by a week of late shifts 2.30pm - 9pm. The position is Monday - Friday with the exception of a requirement to work 1 Saturday a month 9am – 4.30pm  

Reporting to the Customer Service Department Manager, the CS Social Media Advisor will be responsible for delivering amazing customer care experiences to potential and existing customers. You will support the needs of our customers, and drive positive brand sentiment and awareness.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- You will deal directly with consumers and customers through social media platforms
   such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc
- You will respond in a timely manner, adhering to all department SLA’s
- You will also respond to customer reviews on review channels, such as Trustpilot
- Resolve all queries / complaints to promote positive outcomes for our customers
- Ensure negative posts are handled swiftly, and escalated to the relevant
   Senior Management where necessary
-Support the wider Customer Service Team by providing daily telephone cover
- Collaborate with C/S leadership & Marketing to improve the customer journey
About You   
- You must have a good level of education, or relevant C/S experience
- Must be resilient and able to deal with difficult conversations  
- Enthusiasm and passion for C/S is a must 
- Strong communication skills with a flair for creative writing  
- Able to deal with issues in a swift and profession manner   
- Excellent problem solving skills   
- Computer literate   
- Ambitious
