An energetic, ambitious and growing business, happy to reward those with a desire to achieve are looking for a Renewal Advisor.
Your role will be to contact both existing clients, to advise of their compliance obligations and to secure orders for various inspection works, just like a car requires an annual MOT.
Working through a large database of existing clients that require contacting on a regular basis and updating accurately. Working from the Sheffield office, you would be joining the Test & Inspection division and be responsible for reviewing accounts, cross selling and identifying opportunities where they can benefit from our client by offering additional services.
Primarily you will contact the client via telephone and email, however some meetings/site visits (including overnight stays) may be required. All correspondence with clients should be documented using our in-house software system.
Working towards both individual and team targets you will play a vital role in the growth of the business.
We are looking for a person with a strong work ethic, personable manner and good attention to detail to join our clients friendly team. The right person would ideally have previous experience in a sales/customer account management role and be confident making outbound calls, however full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Key Duties Include:
- Reviewing client’s contracts prior to calling to establish new opportunities.
- Contacting clients to discuss the ongoing renewal of their contract.
- Accurately inputting the information gathered into an in-house software system
- Quoting and progressing as relevant using a variety of structured sales techniques until the order is received
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with one hour for dinner
