Our Creative/Marketing Agency client is looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen their team and help grow the business. 
 
The role is Sales Office based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, with 1 day a week initially spent with the production team at their Production Office, based in Bawtry, South Yorkshire.
 
You must also be willing to travel to London city centre on a very regular basis.
 
The Role
  • As a Business Development Manager you will primarily be prospecting new business through cold calling and business networking.
  • With our pioneering creative solutions, you will ensure all client needs are met in order to create a bespoke solution with a strong focus on Video and TV Advertising.
  • Targeting companies across a variety of industries, you will utilize a consultative approach and be able to confidently pitch the services.
 
About You
  • To be successful in this position you will need to be a highly motivated and energetic individual who is financially driven and keen to make that step up on the career ladder.
  • Essential you have experience of selling Video Content and/or creative services, ideally into media agencies.
  • A proven track record, you will ideally have key contacts in this space you can utilise in order to hit the ground running.
 
The Package
As a Business Development Manager the basic salary will be £40,000, with the commission
structure bringing your OTE upwards of £90,000-£100,000, with the room to earn more for a
successful candidate. This role offers the potential for rapid career progression and totally
uncapped commission.
