- Part-time Social Media Customer Service/Admin
25 hours: 8am - 13.15 early shift, and 3.45pm - 9pm late shift. The shifts alternate weekly, with 1 Saturday shift in every 4 weeks.
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION
Our client are looking for an enthusiastic, admin competent, customer service focused individual to handle their social media interaction with customers. This can be dealing with either complaints or enquires to products , deliveries etc.
Providing a high level of customer service via:
• Dealing with any and all issues that arise from our customers and resolving complaints professionally
• Responding in a timely manner
• Managing our customers’ expectations
• Relaying information and providing answers on products and services
• You must have a good level of education
• Must be resilient
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal skills, as some telephone work is included)
• Able to deal with issues in a swift and professional manner
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Computer literate
