Our client is a fast-growing, multi-award-winning business that collaborates with retailers, manufacturers and brands to unlock the potential in surplus stock.

As the Store Manager, you will head up the team to drive and sustain delivery of a fantastic shopping environment for our customers.
You will be responsible for maintaining high retail standards and develop the store team to ensure that our members receive the best service possible from engaged and motivated colleagues. Be accountable for delivering the stores sales targets and KPI’s.
This will be achieved through innovative merchandising ideas and other initiatives. Their team are the ambassadors for our business and enhance the brand through enthusiasm and commitment.
As the Store Manager, you will possess business acumen and, with a ‘can do’ attitude, and lead from the front in the running of the store. It takes a special kind of leader to respond to this challenge in such a diverse retail business. Having proven management experience goes without saying. They are looking for someone to rise to the challenge and help them continue to be a great success.

We need our management team to be flexible about when they work, covering store operational hours i.e. 6am until midnight including weekends and bank holiday and potentially nights to cover absence and holiday
