Hours: Hours of work 40 (currently Mon-Fri but will eventually include Saturdays on a rota basis)

Their shops are dynamic and they are looking for an individual with the skills and personality to deliver the opportunities that this business brings.
Replenish Chill, Ambient, Home shopping, Produce and frozen following the correct merchandising guidelines
Deliver a high level of customer service is at all times
Load and unload deliveries
Active reporting of Health and Safety near misses
Ensuring all customers have a membership card
Process waste following the correct procedure and dispose of correctly in the correct containers
Ensure that store hygiene and housekeeping standards are met to maximise member footfall and turnover
Assist with Members queries both face to face and answering the telephone
Action all price and promotion worksheets
Process all payments correctly to include cash, card or contactless
Assist with reception duties in store as required
Complete any refunds following the correct procedure
Carry out cash office duties
Ensure that all refrigeration is kept within the correct temperatures and temperatures are recorded
Complete colleague training in line with the company matrix
Complete orders for stock daily
Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed and adhered to at all times
Be a training lead across the store

• Able to work alone or within a team
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Good organisational and excellent time management skills
• Be open to change while responding
• Flexible to help cover the store during operating hours
• Encourage new ideas and best practice
