As an HR Manager, you will be required to:

  • Establish and develop a full HR function, including recruitment and onboarding
  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and health & safety initiatives

 

Candidate:

  • Degree in HR or related field (CIPD preferred)
  • 5+ years of HR management experience
  • Proven experience in setting up HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and excellent communication skills
