Electrical Contract Manager 

West Yorkshire – UK Wide work

We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion, leading a team of site manager, and liaising with the clients to provide a professional, quality and customer-focused service.

 

Benefits Package:

Up to £60K per annum + car + package

 

As a Mechanical Contract Manager, you will be required to:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor the financial performance of projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to.
  • Liaise with designers, surveyors, and other external bodies.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are followed, and site safety is maintained.
  • Ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
  • Regularly review progress and provide updates to senior management.
  • Monitor and manage the quality of workmanship.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

 

Candidate:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Mechanical Project Management or Contracts Manager role.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of projects.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A qualification in Building Services Engineering, Plumbing, Heating, HVAC or a related trade background.
  • A valid driving licence.
