Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Office-based, Austin Banks (Full-Time)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting from £24,000 (depending on experience) + Commission

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work alongside a supportive recruitment team, helping us find top talent for a wide range of industries. Your day-to-day will include:

·      Sourcing awesome candidates for various roles

·      Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews

·      Managing our candidate database like a pro

·      Collaborating with the team to match candidates with job opportunities

·      Posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and keeping everything running smoothly

·      You’ll be at the heart of the action, helping us connect great people with their dream jobs!
