Business Development Manager
£40-45K Depending on experience

Our business is continually growing and as a result of this growth we have a further opening for a Business Development Manager, based from our Stevenage office with regional travel. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and able to generate new business from new and existing clients and building customer relationships.
You will have proven track record in the following:
• Conducting industry specific research in line with the business strategy and client Brand
• Identifying opportunities and producing leads
• Ability to work on own initiative and follow opportunities to turn them in to new business
• Experience of managing specific customer accounts and increasing profitability as well as maintaining customer relationships
• You will have experience of working within frameworks and managing existing customer accounts.
• You will be a self-starter and have the ability to communicate well at all levels, with the ability to influence and persuade as necessary.
• The ideal candidate will have a positive can do attitude, with the ability to identify prime opportunities and generate leads that deliver results
• You will have proven track record in building client relationships across a set portfolio of accounts in order to increase customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
