Renewals Account Manager

Each safety system or piece of equipment that we install requires a periodic inspection, to remain compliant with current legislation and British Standards. We currently provide our statutory inspection services on over 2000 nationwide customer sites, including a number of household names and famous properties.
Our department is built upon retaining our existing customers as well as winning new business to grow our client base. Our aim is to provide services to our customers so that they remain compliant with legislation and that workers remain safe.
About the role:
Your role will be to manage a database of existing customers and to contact them on a regular basis.
It would be your responsibility to review each account and identify potential sales gaps which the business could assist with and promote to the client in a view to up-selling their current service contract.
Having conducted a review of the customer’s account, you would then produce a quotation in line with the current procedure and send to the client whilst updating notes on our ERP system.
You are expected to ensure quotes are done within a timely manner, (following the procedure set) and that all outstanding quotations are chased each week.
The role is target based; you will be working with colleagues in your team to achieve a collective target whilst also being monitored additional add-on sales.
There may be some travel associated with this role, meeting with clients and site surveys.
You would be expected to attend any training courses deemed necessary by the company
