Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator. This is a fast-paced administrative role suited to someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage daily tasks efficiently. Experience within conveyancing or the legal sector would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Managing and prioritising daily administrative tasks
  • Processing, preparing, and accurately maintaining documents
  • Handling incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with clients and third parties as required
  • Working to deadlines and set timeframes
  • Supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administration experience essential
  • Conveyancing or legal experience advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills
  • Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
