With over 20 years of recruitment experience, Sommer has worked with some amazing organisations and truly inspirational people who invested time in helping Sommer pave her career, these people she will always be thankful for.&nbsp;&nbsp;
With a move down South when she was 19, Sommer found her way into the recruitment world and never looked back, working with clients who became friends and placing more candidates than she can remember&hellip;. to this day she is still just as passionate and driven.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Moving back &ldquo;UP NORTH&rdquo; some years later after a successful career in the south a position became available at Austin Banks recruitment a role that would change her career forever. She started as a Recruitment Consultant and after a few years, the opportunity arose to take over the business altogether, going from a consultant to a business owner overnight. She successfully ran the business for 10 years whilst juggling being a mum to her young son and riding the recruitment roller-coaster before the partnership with Eco-Power came up and Eco-Power Recruitment formed.&nbsp;&nbsp;
When not working, Sommer is usually running around after her son who seems to think she is his personal taxi service! He plays rugby most weekends, so her time is taken up come rain or shine at the side of a pitch! Sommer loves to travel and explore new places, but her favourite place is Thailand.&nbsp;

Summer joined Eco-Power Recruitment in April 2023 and instantly made a huge impacted and great impression.
The one with the infectious laugh, she is everyone&rsquo;s go to in the office and gives great straight-talking advice. Summer is also the most persuasive person ever and hands down outshines the rest of the team with this skill, she often persuades the office to have a &ldquo;cheat lunch&rdquo;
Summer has high energy levels and is great at building relationship which makes her a fantastic consultant for all our candidates and clients and is well respected by everyone.
She has quickly established herself in the business with many of her client&rsquo;s giving exclusivity with their roles, this is testament to Summer and shows they trust and respect her. She has a wealth of experience and we are very excited to see her career go from strength to strength.
Summer Swift is the other half to the two Summers in our office, something we find quite amusing and a bit of a selling point, why have one Summer when you can have two!
When not at work her number one priority is being mum to Carter, she likes spending time with her family and friends, doing lots of walking and being green fingered growing her own vegetables and gardening.
Summer&rsquo;s dream job if not in recruitment would be to travel the world being a yoga teacher (but she can&rsquo;t touch her toes!!)

Libby is one of the original members of the team being the first to join Eco-Power Recruitment.
As the baby of the team, she is our little ray of sunshine that brings fun and the best lunches...thanks to her mum Michelle.
Libby has quickly established herself with her clients and candidates and is trusted by both, having built some very solid relationships in a short space of time.
She is a very positive and empathetic person who takes her time to get to know and fully understand the requirements of both her clients and candidates.
Libby is extremely well liked by the people she works with and everyone who gets to know her.
When not at work, you can find Libby spending quality time with her family, walking her dog or purchasing random things she finds online&hellip; she probably wins the prize for buying the most items for 33p!!!

Tom has joined Eco-Power working within our temporary division, supporting clients and candidates across multiple sectors with all temp requirements.
Tom has a fantastic sense of humour and has already settled into the team; with a constant flow of banter, and love for ham and cheese sandwiches, he has fitted in perfectly.
Tom has a wealth of experience in recruitment, having done both temp and perm, building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates is something he prides himself on. He has recently relocated from West Yorkshire and is finding his feet in Doncaster.
We are excited for Tom and the team to grow the temporary division and to watch him progress in his career here at Eco-Power Recruitment.
When not at work he likes to keep active, spending time with his partner and friends, he has 2 pugs called Skippy and Alfie and when not at the gym likes to be out socialising as he says&hellip;life is about balance.

Jo has joined the business to head up our Education Desk and comes with a wealth of experience in Recruitment.
Starting her career &ldquo;a few years ago&rdquo; she spent many years working in finance recruitment as well as covering other industries, she has recruited at all levels from entry-level to senior management.
In 2011 Jo took a break from the recruitment world to raise her daughters and work on the family business, however, she decided 2024 was the year to return to recruitment&hellip;. something she has always loved!&nbsp;
Jo is very methodical in her approach, extremely helpful and passionate about the industry, she prides herself on building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates and comes with a wealth of experience.&nbsp;
In her spare time, Jo loves spending time with her family, travelling and exploring new places.&nbsp;
She also runs for fun! She has completed 2 marathons and the Great North Run twice and is hoping to secure a place this year.
Jo&rsquo;s dream job if she didn&rsquo;t work in recruitment would be to work for Virgin Atlantic (again) as an Air Hostess.

Diaz joined the team to support us with all of our office administration, compliance, and social media.
She has very quickly progressed and will be taking on more of an active role in our marketing strategy. As well as supporting the team and making sure we are all doing things right, she will be bringing you an insight into life at Eco-Power Recruitment,&nbsp;Diaz has some great ideas for our social media&hellip;watch out for our Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn posts!
Diaz&nbsp;is the baby of our team and is a breath of fresh air, confident, funny and has a willingness to help anyone. She is certainly wiser than her years!
When not at work Diaz is a social butterfly, going to gigs and festivals, she always has a good Monday morning story to tell from her weekend antics.
