Mechanical Site Supervisor

Salary/Rate - £18-£19/hour  

OTE Circa £60,000 Per Annum 

Location - Nationwide 

We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor based in the Yorkshire area, willing to work UK-wide - overnight stays will be required.
 

• Mechanical background ideally coming from an M&E - HVAC - plumbing/Heating this role will be mechanically biased.
• You must come from a plumbing and heating background with a good understanding of HVAC
• SMSTS required or at least SSSTS
• Ideally NVQ - asbestos awareness is an advantage not essential.
• Managing paperwork
• Liaising with client
• Overseeing labour on site
• Dealing with any issues that arise and make sure they are dealt with
• React to problems and escalate if needed
• £18-19 per hour + package, overnight allowance, mileage, travel, benefits
•  Company vehicle + paid overtime
• Projects will include Retail, Leisure, office, commercial building.
   

This is a perm role.
