With a move down South when she was 19, Sommer found her way into the recruitment world and never looked back, working with clients who became friends and placing more candidates than she can remember&hellip;. to this day she is still just as passionate and driven.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Moving back &ldquo;UP NORTH&rdquo; some years later after a successful career in the south a position became available at Austin Banks recruitment a role that would change her career forever. She started as a Recruitment Consultant and after a few years, the opportunity arose to take over the business, going from a consultant to a business owner overnight. She successfully ran the business for 10 years while juggling being a mum to her young son and riding the recruitment roller-coaster.&nbsp;&nbsp;
When not working, Sommer is usually running around after her son who seems to think she is his personal taxi service! He plays rugby most weekends, so her time is taken up come rain or shine at the side of a pitch!&nbsp;
Sommer loves to travel and explore new places, but her favourite place is Thailand.&nbsp;

&nbsp;Are you a highly organised individual with electrics experience?
<h3 class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;Benefits Package</h3>
<ul>
<li>&pound;35K - &pound;40K</li>
<li>Weekends are paid at time &amp; a half </li>
<li>22 days holiday plus bank holidays</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast">&nbsp;As an Electrician, you will be required to</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage Electricians and Engineers diaries&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be highily orginised and forward thinking in this role</li>
<li>Day to day planning of worklosds</li>
<li>Potentially still do the electics work when required</li>
</ul>
Experience / Skillset required for this role
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in the solar industry.</li>
<li>18th Edition Certificate</li>
<li>Inspection &amp; Testing 2391 certified</li>
<li>BPEC &ndash; Preferred</li>
<li>Proven experience in the role</li>
</ul>
