• From £13.00ph dependant on experience

Company Details 

·         Our client are a large Engineering company that specialises within the rail sector.

 

As a Plant Fitter, you will be required to 

• Carry out planned maintenance and repairs of plant and equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and schedules.
• Undertake electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs as required.
• Complete maintenance and service documentation in line with company procedures.
• Depot and site-based working.

Experience / Skillset required for this role

• Personal Track Safety certification (PTS) (sponsorship & training will be provided if not held).
• Drug & Alcohol tests are mandatory.
• Able to work unsupervised when required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to gain RPA Certification (Rail Plant Association) training provided.
• Willing to travel and work out of hours.
• Full driving licence.
• Self Employed or PAYE options available.
• Own tools required (specialised tools will be provided if necessary).
