Have you worked in roles where you have had extensive experience in taking responsibility for project handover and completion?

 

An adaptable Engineer are you able to communicate effectively with a cross section of parties to ensure projects are delivered to agreed costs and schedules?

 

As a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer you will be required to:

·        Take ownership and responsibility for executing all assigned work.

·        Define engineering solutions that are fit for purpose.

·        Deliver budgets/estimates, schedules, multi-disciplined detailed designs, scopes of work, specifications, commissioning plans, training plans, and final documentation for all assigned projects.

·        Support project managers in defining programs and budgets.

·        Assist project managers in monitoring and reporting project performance and change management.

·        Ensure all work is executed in compliance with company and client processes.

·        Support the successful execution of assigned projects, prioritizing safety, adherence to specifications, budget, and schedule.

·        Promote adherence to company and client directives, including those related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), best practices, innovations, and continual improvement.

·        Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.

·        Stay up-to-date with knowledge and competencies required for the role and aligned with clients' and industries' requirements and directives.

·        Strive for efficient delivery through initiatives such as "right first time" and "fit for purpose."

·        Communicate, cooperate with, and support all affected parties to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

 

Candidate:

To be considered for this role you will have the following background

 

Qualifications

·        Degree / HND or equivalent in a Control &/or Instrumentation &/or Electrical Engineering discipline

·        A relevant Health & Safety Qualification such as ISOH

 

Experience

·        5 years recent experienced

·        COMAH Tier 1 Process Manufacturing Environment

·        Maintenance, shutdown / outage, project, OPEX & CAPEX

·        Functional Safety

·        ATEX directive

·        Electricity at Work Regulations

·        Control and safety system hierarchy and communication protocols

·        CDM

·        Project delivery lifecycle and processes

·        Engineering design process
