The Client

Our client specializes in installing renewable products in customer’s homes, prioritizing sustainability, and making it accessible to all. They focus on securing funding to offer reduced or no-cost solutions, especially for vulnerable individuals. As they grow, they're seeking a retrofit assessor to join their expanding national team. The role involves conducting retrofit assessments to industry standards and surveying measures for validity and compliance.

As a JOB TITLE, you will be required to

•     Conduct retrofit assessments to an industry acceptable standard.

•     Conduct technical surveys in a timely, accurate manner.

•     Liaise with retrofit co-ordinators to ensure projects are compliant and viable.

•     Accurately and neatly depict to scale floor plans of properties, always maintaining a consistent key.

 

Candidate:

•     Qualified Retrofit Assessor with certification

•     IT Literate, an ability to use an IPAD or equivalent.

•     Previous experience of 5 years plus working with building fabric.

•     Proven track record of working under pressure and to strict deadlines.

•     Full UK Driving License.

•     Experience in technical surveying loft and cavity wall insulation.

•     Excellent customer focus and care skills.

•     Excellent time management and organisational skills

•     Excellent communication skills, with both management and peers

•     Flexible, with a willingness to travel.

•     A drive and desire to go above and beyond the norm.
