An exciting role has become available for maternity to cover, starting as soon as possible.

You will have previous experience working in a customer service or complaints role, have excellent customer care and a proven background of dealing with customers' issues from start to finish in a professional and empathic manner.

As a customer care advisor, you will ...

·        Dealing with customer complaints.

·        Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

·        Deal with difficult customers and conversations without the need for escalation.

·        Maintaining and keep systems up to date.

·        Retrieving information from engineers, third parties and customers,

·        Excellent computer skills - knowledge of Windows-based software programs

·        Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel is essential.

·        Confident in making decisions.

·        Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

·        Have clear communication skills when liaising between customers and colleagues.

·        Self-motivated and work to a high standard.

·        A strong work ethic

·        Excellent attention to detail


You will have previous experience dealing with customers, the ability to stay calm in difficult situations and demonstrate that you have followed processes through from start to resolution.
