We are looking for a Quality Manager to join a company going through significant and exciting change.

Job Role

• You will have experience working in a quality role and be responsible for managing the quality department in line with the organisational goals.
•  As the quality manager, you will ensure the Quality Management System meets the standards of the ISO 9001 accreditation and other accreditations held by the company.
• Oversee the quality of output and process adherence across every role/aspect of the business. 
•  Ensures that necessary resources are secured to meet financial targets without sacrificing the quality and safety of the product.

Responsibilties

• Manage Quality Inspection team.
• Provide support to ensure compliance with relevant standards in line with specifications, standards and engineering drawings.
• Manage departmental KPIs.
• Carry out staff 1-2-1’s.
• Work with the Operations and Commercial team to align quality requirements with strategic growth.
• Carry out audits.
• Manage Controlled Documentation
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant standards.
• Ensure quality of output
• Create and submit documentation pack in line with the customer requirements.
• Evaluate suppliers.
• Conduct quality investigations and root cause analysis.

Experience of working in an engineering environment is required.
