£35k - £40k Dependent on Experience

As a Technical Coordinator, you will be required to

·     Efficiently respond to customer’s technical callbacks

·     Triangle inbound technical queries
diagnose and rectify customer technical issues within a timely manner.

·     Manage the remedial process following unsuccessful remote remedies.

·     Update g of CRM and other external portals

·     Demonstrate high levels of knowledge around compliance.

 

Candidate:

•     Previous experience in solar PV installation

•     Previous experience working within the construction industry or similar technical/engineering environment.

•     Qualification – NVQ-3 in electrical installation

•     Previous experience in fault finding on electrical systems. 

•     Previous experience dealing with customers either face-face or phone calls.

 

Desirable Qualifications

 

•     BPEC Solar PV qualification 

•     2391 Inspection and testing

•     18th edition

•     JIB Gold Card
