Job Role

·     All aspects of business administration liaising with and in direct contact with the Heads of Departments working directly with the Group FD

·     Providing PA services to the 2 Company Directors as and when required



·     Excellent organisation and time management skills with an exceptional attention to detail.

·     The ability to multitask and prioritise work to specified deadlines is critical to this role

·     Previous experience working in an administrative role as part of a team

·     The ability to work on your own initiative once training is given.

·     A positive, optimistic "can do" attitude bringing energy and enthusiasm to the business.

·     Displaying negotiating skills with a polite engaging manner and good interpersonal skills.

·     A high level of IT proficiency - MS Office 365, Word, Excel, Emails, Texts...etc.

·     Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with experience in data input and processing.

·     A driving licence is required for this role as there may be the need to visit off site as and when requested to.
