Senior Project Manager

London and Southeast

Hybrid Working; 3-4 Days On-Site Or From The Office

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be required to

  • ·     Oversee the management and performance of major construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • ·     Manage health and safety compliance, including preparing project-specific RAMs and H&S paperwork.
  • ·     Plan and monitor project progress, negotiate with clients on job programs, and manage procurement schedules.
  • ·     Collaborate with the commercial team to monitor job costs and ensure contractual compliance.
  • ·     Foster client relations and manage workforce operations to maintain project efficiency and quality standards.



  • ·     Proven experience managing construction projects valued between £200k to £5 million+
  • ·     Demonstrated ability to ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations throughout project execution.
  • ·     Proficiency in MS Office suite and ideally experienced with BIM software.
  • ·     Full clean driving license.
  • ·     Strong attention to detail and a high standard of finishing.
  • ·     Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts.
  • ·     Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • ·     Ability to lead and manage integrated, collaborative teams to achieve project success.
  • ·     Degree or postgraduate qualification in construction management or related field preferred.
  • ·     Health and Safety qualifications desirable but not essential.
  • ·     Experience with Primavera P6 software would be advantageous.
