Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 17:00pm

Fridays 8:00am – 16:00pm

As an Electrician, you will be required to:

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and equipment
• Carry out safety-related and other miscellaneous electrical functions
• Use hand and power tools proficiently and safely
• Demonstrate basic mechanical knowledge
• Program VSDs and troubleshoot PLCs
• Test systems for compatibility and safety using diagnostic tools
• Work independently or as part of a team on various installations and maintenance jobs
• Interpret and work from electrical diagrams
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal standards
• Follow all safety regulations and use the required PPE at all times

Candidate:

• Apprentice trained to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Repair & Maintenance
• Minimum 2 years’ electrical experience in an industrial setting
• 18th Edition certified
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices – qualifications preferred
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required
• Able to work under minimal supervision and handle fault finding confidently
