You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a wide range of marketing activities across the business. From designing compelling visuals and producing engaging content to managing our digital channels, this is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their marketing career.

As a Marketing executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Create high-quality, on-brand graphics for print and digital use
  • Plan, create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
  • Support email marketing campaigns and website content updates
  • Assist with the creation and editing of promotional videos and case studies
  • Analyse digital marketing performance and help optimise campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support events, product launches, and training promotions

 

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar)
  • Confident in social media content creation and management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects

 

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, particularly in construction or safety sectors
  • Basic photography and videography
