Base Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (DOE).

As a Commercial Growth Manager, you will be required to:
- Identify and secure new project opportunities across South Yorkshire and beyond (construction, joint venture, or development)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, agents, and landowners
- Follow up on inbound enquiries, proposals, and tenders via CRM / Builder Trend integration
- Develop and manage a rolling 90-day sales pipeline, tracking lead stages and conversion metrics
- Work with Head of Construction and Finance to prepare tenders, budgets, and commercial submissions
- Support pricing validation, supplier quotes, and project feasibility checks before contract award
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and margins to ensure profitable outcomes
- Maintain visibility on project cashflow forecasts and liaise with Finance for accurate reporting
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote project wins, case studies, and investor stories
- Generate qualified investor leads for development and investment projects
- Host and attend events, podcasts, and online campaigns to position the business as a trusted partner
- Support the long-term brand mission and uphold company values in every public interaction
Previous experience:
- Proven track record in construction, property, or developing business growth
- Strong commercial acumen, able to price, negotiate, and close profitable contracts
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM or project management systems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership
