1. Are you a physically fit manual machinist with experience in fabrication, fitting, or general engineering?
2. Do you hold a FLT licence (ideally combi lift) and have overhead crane experience?

As a Section Leader you will be required to:

• Oversee the section’s day-to-day operation and performance
• Implement the production plan, delegating tasks to meet project deadlines
• Create a safe, healthy, and motivational work environment
• Lead section improvements, including SOPs, organization, and housekeeping
• Resolve problems within the section relating to tooling, processes, and productivity
• Identify training needs and improve operator performance through coaching
• Capture team feedback, improve performance, and resolve conflicts

Candidate:

• FLT Licence (ideally combi lift experience)
• Overhead crane experience
• Health & Safety and Quality awareness/responsibility
• Threading/turning experience
• Physically fit
• Manual machinist with fabrication or fitting experience (general engineer)
• Experience of thread rolling
