Hours: Monday – Friday
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team on a full-time basis as Sales Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely interested in making a difference, someone who takes pride in improving how things are done and isn’t afraid to share their ideas. As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Point of contact for client enquiries.
- Manage and follow up on existing and new client enquiries to ensure timely responses.
- Prepare and issue fee proposals and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Conduct follow-up calls and correspondence to determine if clients wish to proceed, using basic sales probing techniques.
- Confirm client bookings and ensure all relevant systems (e.g. Monday.com CRM) are kept up to date.
- Update and maintain sales and administrative records to ensure accurate reporting.
- Schedule and follow up on annual Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) appointments
- Support the National Sales Executive in day-to-day administrative tasks and communications.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Excellent IT skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat PDF, CRM Systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to conduct confident, professional follow-up conversations with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
