The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue by matching property investment solutions with the financial goals of prospective clients, particularly high net worth individuals and corporate investors.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into long-term clients within the UK and internationally.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, family offices, and corporate entities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client investment goals, risk tolerance, and portfolio strategies.
  • Present and propose tailored investment solutions, articulating the company value proposition and strong market performance.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Provide timely reporting on sales activities, conversion performance, and market feedback to senior leadership.
  • Ensure high-quality client service throughout the investment lifecycle, from first contact through onboarding and continuing relationship management.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and property investment conferences to grow brand presence and client relationships.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-net-worth sales, preferably in high-end products or services.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service; being a 'People Person' is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong marketing experience with an understanding of online marketing.
  • High attention to detail and a diligent approach to maintaining company standards.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry is imperative.
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative.
  • Positive, cheery, and energetic attitude—a must for this role.
  • Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to go the extra mile to succeed.
  • Competent IT skills and a professional, smart personal presentation.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a helpful attitude towards all departments.
  • Ability to execute tasks efficiently and at pace, with a "whatever it takes" mentality.
