Part Time - Lead Generation Sales

Our client is an established Doncaster based company specialising in bespoke communication products for key sectors across the UK. Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Lead Generator Specialist to join their team, ideally with experience in the CCTV/Security/Electrical industry.

This role is crucial in driving sales efforts by identifying potential clients and generating high-quality leads. Full product training will be given to enable the candidate to work to their full potential.

As a Sales Lead Generation, you will be responsible for:

•  Making outbound telephone calls to reach potential clients to introduce our services and generate quality leads
•  Cold calling from a live Industry database
•  Identify key decision makers
•  Fact finding to offer the right solution
•  Selling/hiring products within the company portfolio
•  Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and update our CRM system

Required Skills:

•  Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred
•  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
•  Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
•  Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple leads simultaneously
