Our client is an established Doncaster based company specialising in bespoke communication products for key sectors across the UK. Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Lead Generator Specialist to join their team, ideally with experience in the CCTV/Security/Electrical industry.

 

This role is crucial in driving sales efforts by identifying potential clients and generating high-quality leads. As a Sales Lead Generation, you will be responsible for:

· Making outbound telephone calls to reach potential clients to introduce our services and generate quality leads

· Cold calling from a live Industry database

· Identify key decision makers

· Fact finding to offer the right solution

· Selling/hiring products within the company portfolio

· Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and update our CRM system

 

Required Skills:

· Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

· Excellent customer service and strong communication skills

· Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple leads simultaneously

· Enthusiastic, hard working with the drive to succeed
