Electrical Supervisor

As an Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Lead, manage, and supervise a team of electricians to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for all electrical operations
• Respond to customer enquiries and interpret technical requirements
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and cost estimates
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain best-value pricing and services
• Develop and present detailed proposals and solutions to clients
• Support the planning, organisation, and delivery of projects from inception through to completion
• Assist with procurement activities and project resource management
• Monitor project progress, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholder

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent qualifications
• Proven experience in electrical installation and supervision
• Experience within Domestic, Commercial, or Solar electrical projects
• Working towards targets is highly desirable 
• Be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and develop
• Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be confident using digital tools and estimating software
